After all the complications of Act 3, Romeo is definitely longing for yesterday when it seemed nothing could get between him and Juliet. The "Why she had to go I don't know" part could also apply for Juliet (with a "he" instead of a "she") since Romeo is banished and she doesn't know if she will see him again.
